Personal Training + Pilates
Physical fitness is a primary requisite of happiness for the mind and body, so why not get started now. I provide 1:1 private individualized Personal and Pilates training sessions tailored to your personal goals. I will guide you in every aspect of training and educate you on injury prevention and longevity. Sessions may include Pilates Reformer or Chair, Tower System, therabands, dumbbells, kettlebells, plus so much more.

Massage
I offer a holistic and integrative approach to each bodywork session. Every session includes communication and reassessment to understand where you are in this process and to address the potential for further gains. Bodywork provides a safe and calm space to rebalance our systems and realign our minds, bodies, and spirit. It is here within this space that we may find self-acceptance, self-compassion, and self-awareness.
