ABOUT

Hi, I’m Lily

I am a nationally certified pilates instructor, licensed physical therapist assistant, and licensed massage therapist.

I have more than 15 years of experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting for sports rehabilitation and post-surgical/injury rehabilitation. During this time, I have achieved many certificates and many hours of ongoing education and training for a multitude of injuries, conditions, and impairments. In addition, I have 5 years of experience working in home health physical therapy managing the aging population. I am a certified Polestar Pilates Practitioner and Pilates Method Alliance member. I have more than 10 years of experience treating spine and pelvic conditions with a Pilates treatment program. I am trained in the work of Scolio Pilates and Pilates for Osteoporosis. I utilize Pilates training to help others return to fitness and function during or after recovery from post-surgical/injury rehabilitation.

I am a Boulder Massage Therapy Institute graduate and a member of several professional bodywork organizations. I am trained and certified in Sports Massage and Thai Yoga Massage. I am trained and certified in Maya Abdominal Massage Part 1 and 2 as taught by Dr. Rosita Arvigo. This is an ancient, traditional treatment that supports the digestive and reproductive systems. I am trained and certified in prenatal and postpartum care for massage and Pilates exercises.

My passion is always to continue learning and growing so that I may provide quality individualized care with the most up-to-date research. I believe in balance and harmony in all parts of our life.

MY APPROACH

I offer a style of treatment and care that is dynamic in nature. It is founded with a background in orthopedic rehabilitation and has blossomed into a blend of many nurturing modalities. I can customize every session to each individual.

MINDFUL HEALTH

I am dedicated to helping you return to functionality and good overall physical health. I understand the commitment required to make positive lifelong changes, so that you may thrive and enjoy life. As Hippocrates said “the healing power of nature” and “the natural healing force within each of us is the greatest force in getting well”.

PATIENT CARE PHILOSOPHY

One thing I have come to understand in life is how an injury or health crisis can shake your security and cause you great doubt. I have experienced and recovered from several sports injuries over my years of being a lifelong athlete. I have also been a former caretaker for those with life-changing health issues. My goal is to build trust and an effective plan.
